Service description
We offer landscaping design, installation, and maintenance services — including masonry, pergolas, artificial turf, fences, patios, pavers, irrigation, mulching, and related outdoor construction.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates are free and provided in writing. A quote is valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise. Material prices may change; if they do we'll update your quote before work begins.
Payment
For larger projects, we typically require a deposit before we begin, a milestone payment during the project, and a final payment after the completion walkthrough. Payment terms are specified in your written quote.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your property and project goals
- Mark or disclose any known underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or obstacles
- Provide reasonable site access during agreed working hours
Warranties
Hardscapes (walls, patios, pergolas, fences) come with a workmanship guarantee — if something we built fails from our workmanship, we'll return and fix it. Plants and sod are guaranteed to establish through their first season when watered per our written care instructions.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for pre-existing issues with your property, weather events, or damage caused by third parties. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Travis County, TX.
